“Disloyal and overwhelmed”: Internal dispute over CEO dismissal at biotech startup Mbiomics

A thousand different problems cause nine out of ten startups to fail. Many of them are internal. Things like arguments, disagreements, and quarrels between founders, decision-makers, or investors.
Does this fate also threaten the Munich biotech startup Mbiomic?
That's what insiders fear, anyway. There's a dispute within the startup's advisory board over the dismissal of CEO Laura Figulla, which was allegedly not done in consultation with all shareholders.
The majority shareholder accuses Figulla of excessive demands and disloyalty, according to internal emails obtained by Gründerszene. However, other investors criticize his actions as a violation of the company's governance rules.
